I’m a rising junior from Chicago studying magazine journalism at Syracuse University in the S.I. Newhouse Public Communications school with a minor in Anthropology. I am passionate about writing compelling features and profiles and bringing that reporting to social platforms in an accurate and engaging way.
Through my Newhouse classes, I’ve diversified my skill set to include multimedia journalism, graphic design, html coding and data analysis. Outside of the classroom, I’ve gained professional newsroom and leadership experience at The Daily Orange, Syracuse’s fully independent student newspaper.
